HWC Response to Organizations
On behalf of The Bridge Youth & Family Services, I wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the organizations, who expressed an interest in national implementation of the Healthy Together Program. We are very impressed with the incredible response that we received in-spite of such short turn around time, as well as the high quality of services offered by the organizations to meet the unique needs of a diverse population base in multiple settings across Canada.
