Youth in care cannot afford a post-pandemic “return to normal”. The Equitable Standards for Transitions to Adulthood for Youth in Care, outlined in the report published today, present longer-term solutions to which government and service providers must be held to ensure that youth in care are afforded equitable support and conditions to thrive - and not struggle to survive.
